What is Freshcare eLearning?

Freshcare eLearning is an Online training platform that is offered as an alternative to Face-to-face training for Food Safety & Quality (on farm) Edition 4.2 (FSQ4.2) & Supply Chain Edition 2 (SCS2) Standards.

Twelve (12) months access is given to trainees immediately upon sign-up. This allows participants to complete the course at their own pace, with the ability to review modules and resources as required.

Module video introductions, examples and templates are provided with all eLearning courses to provide a guided and interactive training experience.

Freshcare eLearning participants have access to a private message board where they can ask questions one-on-one with assigned trainers and Freshcare team members.

Why choose Freshcare eLearning?

It’s self-paced, so trainees can complete their learning at a time and speed that suits them. The course includes access to resources, examples, and a message board where trainers can provide support at any time within the 12-month access period.

Immediate access, with support

As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive immediate access to the course. You then have a full 12 months to complete the training and refer back to the materials as needed. Sign-off can happen anytime within that year, and you can revisit content to refresh your knowledge whenever it suits you.

Your Starting Point for Compliance Confidence

Freshcare training gives you the knowledge and tools to understand the Standards, apply them in your business, and feel ready for audit day.

Who is Freshcare eLearning for?

The Freshcare eLearning courses are suitable to participants that are new to Freshcare or existing participants looking to upgrade or transition to new Standard requirements.

  • For new participants, training is essential as it covers all the necessary elements of the standard including the processes and plans required to implement the program and prepare for an audit.
  • For existing participants, training provides an opportunity to review their existing program against updated requirements, access new resources, and identify areas for improvements and efficiencies.
